HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
READY TO ROCK
Step 2. Hooray you're ready to rock n romance! You'll receive digital contracts and an invoice for the 50% retainer to reserve your date. Final payment is due 2 weeks before wedding date. Now for the fun stuff!

Step 3. We'll start by sending two questionnaires to get to know you better and learn more about any wedding requests you may have. We also send a vendor packet with top notch professional recommendations for services we do not provide such as transportation and more! We take care of planning and coordination along the way including permit fees, securing your venue, beauty, and more. We are always here to answer any questions you may have.
ROCK N ROMANCE
Step 4. Leading up to the big day you will receive a timeline email with your schedule for the day and important vendor information.
Important elopement info
- Venue fees and permits are based on the location choice. Those fees will be added to the final price or paid directly to the venue.
- Additional photography hours can be added to packages; please inquire for specific pricing.
- Most packages are priced for no guests. Guests can be added to most locations but additional fees will be incurred depending on location and chairs needed.
- We do recommend adding on an on site coordinator who will be there to assist day of for elopements with several guests and/or chair and décor additions.
- Additional Items like furniture rentals, transportation, food, etc. can be added on to most packages. The fees are the clients responsibility.
- All RNR associate photographers have their own style of editing and shooting. We will do our best to pair you up with the photographer who fits the style you are looking for but it is based on availability as well.
- You will have one main contact so that the planning process is simplified for you.
