For Morgan and Corey, choosing the Punk Rock Museum wasn’t about picking an unconventional wedding venue just for the sake of being different. Music is a huge part of who they are, both individually and as a couple, so getting married surrounded by punk rock history simply made sense.

With 30 of their closest friends, family members, and—of course—bandmates there to celebrate, Morgan and Corey created a Vegas wedding that felt completely and unapologetically like them.

A Love Story Built Around Music

Morgan and Corey met in 2022, and music has always been woven into their relationship.

Both are musicians in Arizona. Corey is a drummer, while Morgan plays bass. Whether one of them is playing a show or they’re experiencing music together, they’ve always been each other’s biggest fans.

That shared love of music made choosing a wedding venue pretty easy.

Rather than picking somewhere simply because it looked like a wedding venue, they wanted a place that actually represented their relationship.

Enter the Punk Rock Museum in Las Vegas.

Why They Chose a Punk Rock Museum Wedding

The Punk Rock Museum was practically made for a couple like Morgan and Corey.

Filled with music history and plenty of punk attitude, it gave them a backdrop that connected directly to something they both genuinely love.

And that’s exactly what we encourage our Rock N Romance couples to think about when choosing where to get married.

Your wedding venue doesn’t have to look like everyone else’s. It doesn’t even have to look like a traditional wedding venue.

Choose somewhere that makes sense for you.

If music is your life, get married surrounded by it. If you’re happiest in the desert, say your vows there. If your dream wedding involves Elvis and a vintage Vegas chapel, we’re obviously here for that too.

Your wedding should tell people something about you before you ever have to explain it.

30 of Their Favorite People Along for the Ride

Morgan and Corey didn’t come to Vegas alone.

Around 30 of their closest friends and family joined them for the celebration, including the people who share another important part of their lives—their bandmates.

There’s a misconception that eloping means you can’t bring anyone with you. That’s definitely not how we see it.

A Vegas elopement can be just the two of you, or it can include a small group of the people who matter most. Morgan and Corey wanted their community there, and having family, friends, and fellow musicians surrounding them made the experience even more personal.

Getting Married on an Already Special Date

Their wedding date had even more meaning behind it.

Morgan and Corey chose to get married on their fourth dating anniversary, which was also their second engagement anniversary.

Instead of adding another anniversary to the calendar, they turned a date that already represented two chapters of their relationship into the beginning of another one.

From dating to getting engaged to officially getting married—all on the same date.

We love a good full-circle moment.

A Wedding That Actually Felt Like Them

One of our favorite things Morgan said about their wedding was that everything they chose was a true reflection of who they are, both as individuals and as a couple.

That’s basically the entire Rock N Romance philosophy.

We aren’t interested in telling couples what their wedding is supposed to look like.

You don’t need to choose traditions because everyone else does them. You don’t need a giant guest list. You don’t need a ballroom, matching wedding parties, or anything else that doesn’t feel right for you.

Morgan and Corey built their wedding around their relationship, their music, and their people.

And the result was a wedding that couldn’t have belonged to anyone else.

Planning Your Own Punk Rock Museum Wedding

If you’re a music lover looking for something completely different from the traditional Vegas chapel experience, a Punk Rock Museum wedding deserves a spot on your list.

It’s especially fitting for musicians, punk fans, and couples who would much rather be surrounded by music history than traditional wedding décor.

Morgan and Corey traveled from Arizona with 30 of their favorite people and celebrated their relationship in a place that represented a huge part of their lives.

Two musicians. One Vegas wedding. Their families, friends, and bandmates there to witness it.

Sounds pretty damn perfect to us. 🤘🖤
